We have access to an extensive medical network that enables us to pay the medical providers directly. In most cases you don’t have to advance any medical payments. Our global network includes providers in popular destinations such as, the USA, Colombia and the Netherlands.
Should you require assistance during your trip abroad, the Travel Pro provides you with access to a 24hr, multilingual staffed medical emergency call center. You can also send the Assistance Center a WhatsApp message for 24/7 assistance.
The Travel Pro covers unexpected medical care costs that arise from an injury, Covid-19 or acute illness that occurs during your trip abroad. In the event of a severe case that cannot be treated locally, the policy covers emergency medical evacuations to the nearest qualified hospital.
The Travel Pro covers the loss and theft of your checked-in baggage and personal belongings.
The Travel Pro helps protect you and your fellow travelers against the financial impact of an injury or death that arises from an accident that occurs during the trip abroad.
If you purchase the Travel Pro at least 14 or more days prior to the departure date, you are eligible to add coverage for Pre-Trip Cancellation Costs
The optional Sports Rider covers normally excluded sports baggage, bicycles, winter sport equipment, golf equipment and other organized sports equipment checked with a Common Carrier.
The optional Sports Rider covers medical care costs for injuries arising from normally excluded organized (team) sports (e.g. soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, cycling, etc.) but excluding professional sports, extreme winter sports, motor sports and ocean water sports.
